从现在开始算起的100年后、以前被称作曼哈顿的城市，现在被称作“失去记忆的街道”帕拉达伊姆市。这个街上的居民们、从40年前因为一起“为什么”的事件、而只留下这座帕拉达伊姆市，其他全部都被消灭掉、在这之前的记忆也因为这起“为什么”事件而全部失去。但是记忆却有时会以意外的方式而出现。 主角罗杰・史密斯是城市里最厉害的谈判专家，他也很热爱这份工作。 在失去过去记忆的40年里、虽然街道被重建，不过法律却荡然无存、因此需要谈判的场面也跟着增加。但是要能好好谈判成功的机会却是十分的少、多的是诉诸暴力的对手。在这时、他也驾驶机器人Big O来以牙还牙。 就在有天、罗杰被拜托去做一份工作。要与绑架大小姐的绑匪谈判、这份工作对他来说是份轻而易举的工作，但等到他真正做到后，才发现情况有所异常。 不久他开始发现这个世界的谜团和他过去的回忆是相对存在的。像是统治这个城市的艾历克斯、谜之女安琪拉以及不存在的“异国”… 从Big O和罗杰开始建立关系开始、身为主角的罗杰、作为助手的桃乐丝、在全部登场人物都不能相信自己所住的这城市时、罗杰开始挺身而出对抗这个充满谜团的世界…。

Shows Canada's top swimmers in training for the 1964 Olympic Games. In gymnasium and pool, under the critical eye of coach Ed Healy, they practise long hours to build strength and stamina. Their first test, shown in the film, was at the 1962 Canadian Swimming Championships, at which they carried off a number of trophies.

Gangster boss Chuck Collins, despite his ruthlessness, is a basically decent fellow. Collins is plagued by a rival gang, led by deceptively boyish Curly, who has been stealing jewelry from the rich and famous. Collins tricks the other crooks into turning the gems over to him, intending to use them for his own profit. But sweet heroine Sunshine eventually persuades Collins and his cohorts to turn honest. Considered a lost film.
